The farm ( 16 acres )has been since the sixteenth century the centerpiece of the feud of Gargidicenere and is located at the top of the hill overlooking an area particularly suited to the cultivation of grapes, olives and citrus fruits. The farm is located on the slopes of the Madonie Park. In an environment still intact, within the more than seventeen hectares of the estate you can appreciate beautiful views and glimpses of the hinterland in a place that binds the mountains of Madonie with the Tyrrhenian Sea. Inside the estate you can find different aspects of the rural landscape, from vineyards to areas cultivated with cereals. Because of its hilly location with the underlying tourist area of Campofelice-Cefalù, the farm allows you to take advantage of all the services of the area (excursions throughout Sicily, rentals, shuttle to the sea) without sacrificing the quiet of the campaign.La structure of medieval origin belonged to the Princes of Paternò, the county of Collesano. In 2006, after a conservative restructuring, in which local stones and Sicilian handmade terracotta were used, a receptive activity was started. The beam is divided as follows: Ground floor 11 bedrooms en suite, lounge, living room with fireplace, staircase with service, kitchen, laundry and common services, reception and office. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with external bathroom, and 2 bedrooms en suite. In the north-west corner there is a warehouse of over 110sqm in plan and a height of over 7 meters with access from the outside (to renovate) in a single volume between below and above ground.
Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the gulf and an open living room where you can dine sheltered from the sun.
