We at the Acquerello restaurant work with a view to a new Italian cuisine, made of concreteness, innovation, and respect for the great Italian culture and raw material. Far from fashions and media trends, but concentrating all our knowledge, on taste and on the level of pure execution. All this led us to achieve the first Michelin star in 2014 and to rank among the 10 best Italian restaurants since 2015.
